The guy doing shoulders looks suspect as well.

He was checking to see how much weight the air pockets on his shoes could support.
I cant front squat worth ****. Cant get the bar to rest comfortably.
Didn't go for 605 because I took 585 way deeper than I meant to. Still, did a few sets of doubles with 495 and I felt like I could have done several more, but I wanted to test my front squat strength. Got 405 which is nice. My previous max was only 425, and a 500 lb front squat has always been a kinda sorta goal for me.
same i always feel like i am leaning forward and gonna throw my back out.I cant front squat worth ****. Cant get the bar to rest comfortably.

My elbows and shoulders aren't mobile enough too hold it properly.Hit deadlift and front squat PRs so even though I hurt my wrist on Monday, not a bad week.
Big boss, have you ever tried the one finger or two finger grip on your front squats
Lol I had a bad wrist this week and that's what I did to preserve it
Do you guy work out alone or have a buddy? I go alone now cuz most my friends aren't serious about getting in shape. Idk how I can find a gym partner I don't want to start talking to random dudes at the gym and come off like a creep lol. But the times I had a friend with me it was solid sessions, sometimes get a extra push.
How do you guys feel bout this?

If i'm doing it off the rack, i use the two finger grip. If it's in a WOD, i do the cross arms version to save the wrists. Some people at my box like to wear wrist wraps when doing front squats.I've never done the cross arms version but it seems to work.
Dude I know tore a ligament in his elbow doing snatches. In three weeks, he was doing front squats cross arms style to save his elbow
For me I just do the two or three finger grip. Any more fingers I start to feel the strain on my wrist. And then I just try to keep my elbows up and the torso upright. If I find myself leaning in any way I stop moving up in weight.
