What are your initial thoughts on this?  First thing immediately that pops in my head is that if there becomes a ton of dudes opting out, more single mothers may lead to more government assistance which means more money from taxpayers?   I think there's another european country that might be on the verge of being second country to pass this law.

Looked into this, apprenetly it hasn't passed yet, and probably won't. This proposal came from the Youth wing of the Liberal Party and the main Party is laughing this proposal out the room, as they should.
