Curious that Orlando would max out Millsap but reportedly are hesitant on giving Tobias a max deal.

I'm not a HUGE fan of Tobias like many here, but it's interesting. I assume they're looking at the veteran presence and experience Millsap brings but he doesn't address their need for a rim protector.

All-star level big with experience. I get it for sure.
