was looking for this the other day, thanks bIdk, I think this was pretty accurate.I don't think you can compare sea manup to Zyzz. Sea manup writes in complete sentences and says more than like 3 things. All you get from Zyzz is "Kobe" ; "(insert player/team name) is trash"; and "nah" or "bruh".

Lol so the only thing Love does better offensively than TT is shoot threes? But so what if Varejao can't be 'counted on to suit up' though. My point is size and rebounding was not their problem doing the finals.
Love does a bit more than provide "size and rebounding"
Basically everything Tristan Thompson can't do, Love can. They're perfect complements.
And who exactly are they going after anyway? Remove Love and you still have Bron, TT's new near max deal, Kyrie, & Varejao & others so your payroll is still around 80 mil.
Who are you signing?
Any wing better than Jr and Iman, to start. An extra perimeter defender.. Idk man, anything but tying up your money in two guys who will take minutes from each other instead of complementing each other
They both make each other redundant. Love is just better at spacing the floor and TT is better at switching onto a ball hander in the pick and roll
obviously love is very talented and can do a lot of things on offence but the way they used him this year was a huge waste. no point resigning him if all they expect from him is rebounds and standing in the corner as a spot up shooter.Lol so the only thing Love does better offensively than TT is shoot threes?Any wing better than Jr and Iman, to start. Even if that was true, that's a pretty critical difference considering TT can't even shoot from midrange. The guy struggles to score in double digits consistently. He's very limited on that end.
And taking mins from each other? You can easily give Love his usual 34 mpg at the 4, give TT the other 14 and play him some more at the 5. The mins thing isn't even a thought.
And again, who specifically are they signing with their limited cap room? I still haven't seen any names.
simple, Lebron needs love to open the middle so he can drive push off and score.obviously love is very talented and can do a lot of things on offence but the way they used him this year was a huge waste. no point resigning him if all they expect from him is rebounds and standing in the corner as a spot up shooter.
the money can be spent on a wing that doesnt have the basketball IQ of -21
yes but getting kevin love only to have him stand around and shoot threes is like paying 100 dollars for a swiss army knife and only using the knife part and nothing else when you could have gotten a regular knife for 20 dollarssimple, Lebron needs love to open the middle so he can drive push off and score.obviously love is very talented and can do a lot of things on offence but the way they used him this year was a huge waste. no point resigning him if all they expect from him is rebounds and standing in the corner as a spot up shooter.

TT will not be doing that, however TT provides the opportunity for Lebron to shoot a low % intentionally so TT can cleanup the boards and get easy putbacks.
So its a tradeoff ...
And even in a limited role he averaged 17 ppg, which is virtually double what TT gave them during this run. Love wasn't knocking down over 5 threes per game. He did a bit more offensively than just launch threes.obviously love is very talented and can do a lot of things on offence but the way they used him this year was a huge waste. no point resigning him if all they expect from him is rebounds and standing in the corner as a spot up shooter.

with the best player in the world and his three playmakers (KI, KL and AV).And even in a limited role he averaged 17 ppg, which is virtually double what TT gave them during this run. Love wasn't knocking down over 5 threes per game. He did a bit more offensively than just launch threes.
And their payroll right now is about 90 mil, and that's without TTs new deal. So you replace Love's salary with TTs new deal, and you're still at/around 90. Who are you signing with the mini-MLE?
Even if you unload Haywood without taking any salary back, you're still at 80 mil & your options are limited.
How are you gonna beat these high powered Western Conference teams with Bron, Kyrie, unreliable JR, & a bunch of dudes who can't consistently score above 10 ppg?
I love everyone in this thread.
Who do the Cavs sign this year? Lou Williams?
