Gonna go with fake man. That yellow zip tie with Chinese letters is a dead giveaway for me. Also pretty sure kith pairs didn’t come with shoe bags

I'm going to say fake for the same reasons mentioned above. As far as I know Kith didn't get the first batch last year and that's the only batch that had the bag. The yellow zip tie didn't come with any of my pairs either.

eBay is the middle man, unfortunately. You can start with them but they’ll route you to PayPal to get it resolved

You can open a case with ebay saying the shoes are fake, but you will have to prove it somehow which might be tricky. The yellow zip tie is a giveaway, lots of fakes in China have been using them since Off White's popularity grew. They should handle it witthout you having to contact your bank.
