Oh man, I remember quite a few people returned their Kobe9 IDs with the black upper because the black either wasn't black enough or it was bleeding.

Didn't encounter that. It had 500 error earlier but loads fine now. Nothing to buy there unless you want to donate.

Thanks for the heads up. It's crazy cuz the site seemed like it crashed. Still really just sad that none of my actual sneaker heads and friends couldn't get the Big Stage today bc of resellers. :/

It’d be nice if the sneaker community united and refused to buy Kobe’s from resellers but that’s won’t happen.

Nike also needs to be made aware financially that we don’t respect their “Limited” sneakers specifically in this case with the Kobe’s.

Honestly, you're never going to get the many disparate folks that are in this hobby/business to unite and not pay resell. It's a tragedy of the commons problem. But what could happen--still unlikely, but not impossible--is to get the reselling sites to refuse to allow sales of new Kobe's above retail + fees for the next X years. That wouldn't totally kill the resale market, but it'd come close. And sites would be more willing to do it since you're talking about a limited time period, it would only be a few releases, and they would get the good press from stopping people from profiting off of Kobe's death.

Nah not the 9 and 11. The heel of the outsole were hard that sounded like I was wearing tap dancing shoes. The traction was solid though.

That’s a good idea of have long sites listing the prices not allowing resellers to overcharge for newly released Kobe’s.
