Ehh, first elites I haven't liked more than the standard model but I'll give them time to grow on me. I do like the lacing setup though.

The Elevate and Rose Gold colorways are fire. May pick those up due to the HWC/China Vibe and I love rose gold.

But they fixed the number one problem IMO and that was the lacing system.

The second eyelet is the same. They fixed the number one issue, the "6"

There's a difference in how the fly wire goes straight over the swoosh like that

Also there's a difference in the structure of the TPU on the side compared to the elites nike showed

I was wondering why kyrie was left out but I remembered kd was left out the first year too when he was the low end priced sig.

As for your question about the elite and playoffs.... That doesn't matter to nike.
Kobe has elites too and he isn't playing and the lakers are nowhere near the playoffs.

It's pretty much only bron that's guranteed a spot right now.

I was thinking the same thing!  "And you are assuming Kobe will be back playing and his team will make the playoffs?"  

The Elevate and Rose Gold colorways look pretty good. 

To me though, the design is almost identical except for the lacing, they just cut out some of the posite in shapes and moved the swooshes around.  Sole is exactly the same...it has a nice shape because it's exactly the same as the regular XII.  

I do feel a bit bad for KD...his elites might be the worst of all time.

Rose Gold will be had for the right price. The CV got put on the back burner now.
