At first Red is all like "Hope is a dangerous thing. Hope can drive a man insane."
At the end he's narrating "I think it's the excitement only a free man can feel, a free man at the start of a long journey whose conclusion isuncertain. I hope I can make it across the border. I hope to see my friend, and shake his hand. I hope the Pacific is as blue as it has been in my dreams. Ihope. "
Deep stuff I didn't even pick up the first time.

I take movies seriously I was aspiring to become a film critic but changed my choice of profession to lawyer...the best movie of all time is [color= rgb(0, 0, 255)]Citizen Kane[/color]. BTW Movies to watch of 08=The Wrestler, Milk, The Reader, BenjaminButton, Wall-E, Batman without mention,Revolutionary Road and Seven Pounds was good but not great and Gran Turino I missed some but oh well

Putting Dark Knight in front of Shawshank is laughable but to each their own .

Maybe I'm biased, I love Muhammad Ali...Though the movie didn't properly portray Ali how he should have been, it was good enough for me.

ALI was horrible...one viewing and never again....

I was waiting for someone to mention the dark knight being a better movie than the shawshank redemption.

i know dog, I love TDK as much as the avg joe, but jeesh, dudes be acting like its so much DEEP meaning behind it....lmao it was the mostpredictable movie i'd ever seen...nothing against it, but the masses are dumb. Heath Ledgers performance made the movie...w/o him, Iron Man wasbetter.

Its a good flick and all, I'm not saying its not. Alot of quotables, definately well casted but....
There are only so many times I can see this movie w/o it weathering on me. I'm never to where I feel the need that I need to own this movie, I never feellike "damn, I need to hear Red know every creepy detail about Andy"...
