You should be good famb. Just like everyone else mentioned, water and some exercise=clean by the 7th.
If you want to be extra careful, check out your local organic food store/health store for a product called quick flush (it's all natural, and I've used it several times for probation).... They have a few different versions of the product (a tea/and pills), make sure you get the pills..... the store was out of the pills once and I tried the tea. That tea gave me a one way ticket to the county for a month
But yea, you should be good with little to no effort imo.
