...because there is no most beautiful woman in the world. It's all subjective and just looking at the people on that list it's laughable that anybody takes this thing seriously. The worlds most beautiful people only consist of White American Movie stars

That was her look though. Julia Roberts has the cute girl image but never beautiful. Same with Meg Ryan and of course their star power is what makes them more creditable then they really are.

I don't understand statements like this. This is a celeb magazine. There not literally trying to scour the world trying to find the most beautiful women in existence. They look at who's the hot celebrity at the time and who they think will bring in magazine sales.We all know celebs aren't the most beautiful people in the world but can a attractive chick working at an office building convince someone to buy an magazine because their on the cove. I think not. Some of you guys are reading too much into this.

She's beautiful. I'm sure they picked her as a statement rather than actually believing she is the most beautiful woman in the world.
They take into consideration their current status in the industry, what their decision would mean to the masses, if she's remotely relatable. All of these factors ultimately make up who they feel is the most beautiful.
