View of LA - Mulholland Drive - Directions?

I saw a pic of my friend at this lookout point in LA. I'm in OC, but it seemed really cool, and I wanna take someone there

I guess its on mulholland drive, but how do I get there?

That appears to be the view from Runyon Canyon.Search it up, its a "hiking" trail off Mulholland with two entrances.

There is a nice view ontop of Stunt Rd. Its an old lookut used during World War 2 and you can see the Pacific Ocean and SFV. PM for some great views...
