Then you must not get out much. I've seen that BMW plenty of times when i used to work out of our Jermantown rd office in Oakton. That car would alwaysseem to be at Dunking Donuts at 50 and Lee Hwy when I pulled up. And I've seen dude write many of tickets. Top down and all.
