Ask anyone from the four boroughs (Staten Island don't count IMO) where they from and they'll say the borough before they claim the city. Each boroughhas its own identity. Ask anyone from NYC and they'll tell you that. If someone is wearing a Marmot they from uptown, etc. etc.

I've heard he was born in BK and sometimes I hear Harlem, does anyone have solid proof? To end it all out.
I mean, Ms. Shakur during her pregnancy was held in the jail in downtown BK if Im not mistaken, so it would make sense, but solid proof would be better.
