Who do you cheer for in sports?

Laker fan since 93
Met fan since 86 (ouch)
LA Kings fan since 93 (aside from this year ouch)
Jets/49ers fan since 94

I go to a ton of dodger and angel games so their cool too. Wouldn't necessarily call myself a fan of them but their cool in my book

Derek Jeter is my Fav player in any sport...kobe close second

I've been lucky enough to see all my teams live besides Nym...

Well, I cheer for a ton of boxers.

But these guys are my top boxers I follow.

Chad Dawson, Floyd Mayweather Jr., Yuriorkis Gamboa, James Kirkland, and Andre Ward.
 
Sergio Martinez, Floyd Mayweather, NY football Giants, NY Knickerbockers, Lebron James (but not the heat) and the 2012 Stanley Cup champions NY Rangers.
 
All NY teams cept for Football, love my Vikes.

2nd fav. BBall team is OKC (mainly for Durant)

Vikings

Don't really watch College ball.. but I like USC football

NCAAB - UNC (Die Hard)and Cal State Fullerton (Alma Mater)
 
Born and raised in LA, bleed purple and gold. Jerry Rice was my favorite player growing up which led to becoming a Niners fan. Default fan of los Doyers but ever since I moved to the bay area I started following and liking the A's.

 Man, I never cared for the Cowboys but I got this one homeboys who makes me wish that team didn't exist. His reason for liking them? His dad likes them because when he came from Jamaica that was the first team he saw play on TV and they won the game.. I'm like "dude grow up and be your own man".

Heres the thing about living in Canada, especially in areas that others would consider remote provinces. You can pick who you cheer for and as long as your explination is reasonable, its not questioned much.

NBA - Raptors. It was the Grizz before they moved, but Raps since the move.
NHL - Detroit Red Wings. But hockey sucks.
NFL - Dallas Cowboys
MLB - Toronto Blue Jays
NCAAB - UNC
NCAAF - Miami

Casual fan of:
- Lakers
- Ravens, love their defense since I started watching NFL
- SF Giants, the first pro game I went to was there.
 
My hate for Detroit may run deep but I'm always rooting for Will Bynum. Been a fan of him since his HS documentary, the dude just seems so sincere and can't hate on the short dude who plays his heart out. Will Bynum is seriously one of my favorite dude to root for. Other than that, I like to root for Lou Williams of Sixers even though, he's been killing my Bulls as of late

Other than that, players playing/played for University of Washington and any team from Seattle or Chicago are good in my book. 

I also have a soft spot for NBA players from Seattle (Jason Terry, Brandon Roy
