i've never been in this situation before. i need advice from my nt sellers that have gone through this bullish.

prove to him they are authentic and that you dont mess with fakes if they legit you aint got anything to worry about

if i was selling shoes and some1 tried to play me like that id show em pics of my collection and be like is that all fake too

tell how you a sneaker enthusiast and that you dont condone fakes

Im sure dude is aware it's authentic. I think dude is trying to pull a fast one on me.

Im trying to talk it out with him right now before it escalates to paypal claim.

sent him this:

Why would you do a dishonest thing like this? YOU KNOW the shoes are 100% authentic. Are you looking steal from hardworking person? Where are your morals at? I implore you to drop this dispute and enjoy your 100% AUTHENTIC shoes.

dont buy/sell internationally its always a pain the %#*+ to deal with it

That's the reason I don't ship overseas anymore.

Either:

1.) They never "receive" it
2.) They pull "it's fake"
3.) Not authentic
4.) Package gets lost
5.) Take forever for them to receive it
6.) They file a claim because they know you can't do anything about it
7.) They bust a switcharoo and send fakes back

It's not worth it. Potentially lose your kicks and shipping costs all because they know you are overseas...

Eff the lurkets on the buy/sell. I'm not listing my personal email anymore with people hitting me up, "I seen your ad on NT," then proceeds to lowball. Or use the listed email for spam if they get butt hurt. PM's only is the way to go.

Talk to Paypal. Check his track record. Account history etc...

It's worth a try. Here's one of my incidents:

(Before penny II retros)

Sold DS og 1997 penny IIs

Buyer receives shoes, leaves positive feedback
Buyer waits until 29th day, files a claim as they're fake
He sends them back w/delivery confirmation (per Paypal)
Delivery confirmation updates as "delivered"
I never recieved it. (He sent to "similar" address with same zip code)
Paypal refunds him, I'm stuck with nothing.

I call Paypal, complain, bring up records, track history, proof it wasn't sent back to me, blah, blah, blah, spoke to supervisors supervisors and got a full refund plus an extra $100 for my troubles.

Dude been doing that to multiple people. SMH

They will gets theirs. Karma is a !%!$@

forward your ebay feedback to him and paypal if he sends in a claim

that should back you up if its good i would think?

thats why i dont send overseas ill send to canada tho once or twice when im in a good mood
just got asked if i ship to singapor...said nah bruh

Just got off the phone with paypal. Told them I had a spotless record with them 8+ years and 100% feedback as an ebay seller, etc. Rep. believed me 'n all that but all I can do at this point is wait until he turns it up a notch and it escalates into a paypal claim, otherwise i'd have to wait 21 days for it to be a voided dispute if nothing else.

Tough situation.. If he is to claim he received fakes, and on your end, that you sent legit merchandise, I would have him go through the post office to make a indemnity insurance claim, claiming that someone tampered with the box at some point in time... If shipped through USPS international, each item has something like $100 automatic "insurance".

Then state that you can help him figure out what happened. And also make it be known that mail fraud is serious stuff.

Damn, I never even thought this was possible....paypal really always initially sides with the seller?
