lets not try to act PC, its blatantly obvious shes adopting stereotypical black mannerisms in order to sell records

the song/video/performances are basically a modern day minstrel show. look at the one awkward scene with the black chicks, miley dressed in white as the star while they are basically used as tools/props. rest of the video you see a bunch of skinny white girls/guys.

you're right it isnt "black culture" because black culture doesnt exist anymore. its been commercialized and raped, mainstream culture has become hip hop-ified.
