Why is it OK to fight in hockey, but no other sports???

also, when these guys fight its not always just cause they dont like each other or because they just wanna start some stuff... they fight to send a message,rally the crowd, defend a star player.

I go to college in Minnesota, we have tons of hockey players here, 21 year old freshmen that played juniors and drank themself ******ed, then came to a D3college bitter and chewing religiously. They are disgusting. I also have a theatre appreciation class with about 6-7 older players (24? 25?

) and god they are so stupid... and they all chew in class, wear the same winterhat 24 hours a day and have mullet/skater hair hybrids
