i have been listening to hip hop/rap since i was 12, im pretty sure i know more hip hop/rap than 85% of the nt music forum
and btw, hov did the hook for o.c on atrack called "bonafied" and it was an underground hit

Secondly that may be your choice and I can't argue w/ that, but I CAN say that Jay-Z on a hook would most likely not be part of the formula for a hit. The question didn't ask you to be different, it asked if you're a sub-par rapper and need a hit who do you put on the hook. Give me a sub-par rapper and put Jay-Z on the hook. Most likely won't be a hit.
