Yup, only released as a women's shoe I'm pretty sure. I think the first two digits of the style number (90) refer to 1990.

Hello! I have a pair of Nike Court Flare which I think are from 1990. There is no date in the label but the style number is 9009 1 1 SI or something like that....I have included a pic below. Am I right in thinking the first two numbers relate to date?? Thanks
