Depends on the upper for me. For example, I didn't like the clear bubble on the Black/Gold Metallics, but I like them on the Pure Plats.

Mine squeak when I unDS and I'm walking on clean floors, but never outside on asphalt or pavement. Mine stop squeaking after a few wears. Maybe I'm just fat and wear out the bottom, LOL.

I pulled the trigger on the Blue Fox/Metallic Silvers. Man, I REALLY love the look of the Sail/Metallic Gold's, but I don't really have anything in my wardrobe to match those.

I wish they blacked out the bottom for the black/gold.

I pulled the trigger on the Midnight Fogs. I might get the Heritage's too, but IMO, trends tend to resurface every 20 years, so like in 5 years, the Heritages might look whack whereas I think the Midnight Fogs look more timeless.

I mean, they're running shoes. Sounds like trainers are better suited for a gym shoe. Don't squat 315 in them, that's for sure.
