LEARN HOW TO READ MUSIC. dont just learn from tabs or youtube videos. well i mean yeah learning those ways are a good way of getting the skill down. but get the knowledge down and learn how to sight read music.

thread of the year

ahahah im about to do it right now. im on week 5. its a really good program [second time doing the first month] i just hate how repetitive it is definitely helps to have a work out buddy and short term goals i use my own diet plan and im seeing results

started insanity for the second time. the first time i said hell no to the second month. this time i intend on doing the full 2 months while lifting at the gym post insanity. goal weight is 180 by feb. im at 215.
