So, I tried out the Zoom Fly this morning - these things are legit. My usual morning pace is around 8:30, but I was doing 8:05 without even thinking about it. I have a 10K tonight, that I wasn't planning on trying to PR, so we'll see where I end up. But, first impression is very positive.
I wonder if it was wrong all along, but no one fact-checked it. That's pretty commonplace in 2017, sadly. All it takes is one mistake, and other sites will just copy and paste.
