My lower back usually is in discomfort after around 30 minutes of biking. I have a 61 inch frame and the seat is relatively narrow as im a big dude at 6'3. Any recommendation on changing the saddle , moving the seat forward or down, etc?

im around 6'3 give or take half a inch. moved the saddle a bit forward but still a bit of a stretch for me
