So I had to return my carbon xx8s due to the outsole separating from the shoe right in between the zoom air crack after like 10 wears on court. I didn't touch it for like 2 weeks and it just showed up :( Nike will probably be giving me a voucher as a refund in the next few weeks. Does anybody...

I just asked a guy on Nike chat and he told me that you don't need to return the shoelaces or box, just the actual shoe

Call them and ask 1-800-344-6453. They'll only take it if it's under 2 years and it's a manufacturer defect. And they say they won't take cosmetic issues but it's still worked for some people. So I you want to dish out money for shipping you might have a chance but they'll just ship them back...

I'm sending in my shoes tomorrow and was wondering if I had to return the shoe laces also, as they just toss the shoes if the claim is valid. Sorry for digging up an old thread. I didn't know anywhere else to ask

Really? My friend told me that it looked pinkish orange and my entire family agreed. But regardless, these things are BEASTS on the court! I just got done ballin and are now my new favorites
