I heel strike so mine were dead after about 100 miles. next % 1 and 2 i can get about 200 before i can't use them anymore

To be fair the OG 4% didn't last very long either from my own experience. Makes me excited for future innovation atleast

the last boston i bought was the 8 actually. amazing shoe. i went 1/2 size down in the adios 3 and takumi sen 8. is it the same for this shoe?

just hoping the boston 12 follows the trend of past bostons and i'll grab like 3 pairs for $60 each

I've used the Prime X Strung during a downhill half (2k feet drop) and didn't have any issues. For reference novablast 1 is one of my favorite shoes of all time though

It’s exposed foam in the general area I usually have the most wear at. Not sure if I’m going to return or not.

I've done two runs in the VF3 so far. 5k last saturday and a track workout yesterday. The ride definitely lost some bite compared to the VF2 so wouldn't be reaching for these on short distance road races. Could definitely see the added cushioning help during the last 10k of 26.2 though...

Cadence is referring to steps per minute. Optimally u would be at 170-180ish. Don't think u should be running in the vaporfly 3 until u get a little more experience running in non plated shoes. Have to build up to them.

For me they serve 2 different purposes. I would use the superblast for speedy long runs and the nimbus as a max cushion daily trainer.

I have like 5 pairs of the OG and didn't enjoy the ride of the second. the stability changes combined with it being more firm ruined the shoe for me.

i think that's why he skipped Boston. a super small youtuber got his video yoinked last year by BAA for filming while running

300m in 70 is 6:15 pace. Kinda a weird test since u have to do the 1.5 miles at 10 min pace right after. What kind of job is it for if u don't mind me asking? Did u have any type of running background in the past? If not I would recommend trying to get to a track or atleast like a treadmill...
