Finally bought the Pirate Blacks. Cheaper on SnkrDunk and they had half off for shipping. Tried to buy them in-person but impossible to find in my size. I'm guessing by June. Or if they wait then closer to Fall/Winter to pad their numbers for the last release. Interested in the 750s; if they...
I've seen a lot luckier on NT. UNC were plentiful from Undefeated. I think they had over 1K pairs for their raffle. The SVD was the luckiest though. They over 50K entries for their raffle.
Man this brings back memories. I went through the Blends BS raffle. Got a late email raffle win the day before the release from Undefeated. Got the UNC pair from Undefeated as well. And the Euro pair from SVD.
Be thankful it wasn't "stolen". Never deal was such trash before. Fedex blamed Adidas. Adidas blamed Fedex. Customer service was a joke. I didn't do a chargeback because Adidas was banning people that did. Maybe I should have though in hindsight. At least it's almost over. If you want to know...
I said from Adidas. They've tried to stay away from that. The other retailers buy these Yeezys at 40 to 50% off the retail price. They can still make their money even with the discounts and they want to clear inventory. Then again who knows with Adidas. They thought Jonah Hill was the white...
Wait, did Ye get a pass? He was near bankruptcy due to his own actions. Brands are held accountable by their owns actions or lack there of, who they choose to partner with.... You want to slam Ye. But Nike and other brands are just as bad or worse just to put things in perspective.
You're right. It's so much better than Nike executives and managers sexually harassing female employees, gender wage gap..... It was so rampant the class action lawsuit had to narrow down the thousands of female employees to 14. And then there's how the trainers/coaches treated high school...
How are they not paying him? He gets 15% of every pair sold. Adidas obviously know that they need the Yeezy branding to sell them. Remember Adidas got greedy and made millions of pairs behind Ye's back because they were making billions off his branding.
Nike made a huge push on social media by seeding influencers. All these fitness influencers were wearing them and they became really popular for a time. But I rarely see anyone wear them now. It's sort of a walk of shame; if anyone does at this point.
My black pair SZ11 runs a little big. But it doesn't matter to me since they're so comfortable. I could have gone down to a 10 and it still would have been fine.
