The sprint frame on the OG 4.5 was excessive. Under the sock liner you could see it, as in the hard naked plastic, with a small adiprene crash pad in the middle. I don't think swapping it for bounce will make much of a difference unless a lot of the under heel sprint frame plastic is removed.

+1 for 1/2 size down. I've got the red tails colourway with the leather toebox. The band that goes across the foot should be snug. I went TTS at first, the band was loose and forefoot containment was compromised.

The OG 1.0 was like playing in dress shoes. For some reason the sprintframe didn't have a cavity in the heel for a crash pad (like DRose 4/4.5), so you couldn't feel the adiprene. Cement cushioning.
