It'd be pretty hard to do but you'd use a fabric medium , gac900, and Angelus paints

Any midsole that is a six midsole will work. For example you could get a donor pair of 6s or you could look up what other Jordan models have the same one

From what I've learned you prep, then apply a adhesion promoter, and then paint. After you apply your finish

I wouldn't recommend any other paint

I would never recommend spray paint but maybe creteax
