Legit. You would know a fake 9...they are fairly obvious. The good thing is, from what I have seen, 9's and 10's are the least faked Jordan of the first 14.

Still no love? I took them to a boutique shop here in town and the guy said both were legit....still uncertain.

Still waiting on the 2012 legit check but in the mean time, here is a 2001 pair. Leather feels very nice, but a few things are throwing me off. Widows peaks as shown, and the jumpman has a knee? Also carbon fiber seems off...it has the sound, but no threads....almost like something was sprayed...

Elephant print looks a tad bit high on the toebox, but its always been a crap shoot with that on all 3's over time. Stitching looks legit, no "box" around the Jordan on the bottom sole. Unless someone else sees something crazy, look legit to me.

These came with no box and no shoe trees. The guy claims he bought them at Downtown Locker Room in Maryland, if that means anything to anyone. Please ignore my toddlers toys in the background. Thank you.

There are a couple of folks on ebay selling DB 6's for around $600 used. But the ones posted here have defects.

What is the give away? It does say "new with defects"...not sure if that means anything at all.

Bump....no one? And yes, i have looked at the guide and watched the videos...no help. PS the CDP versions feel hella stiff all over...from the mesh padding to the leather in the back. And the dates of production to release is only 5 weeks out....usually it seems that dates are 8 weeks or more.

I have only ever wore Jordan 1-14's, and its 9's hands down for me. My favorite Jordan all time in terms of comfort and silhouette. The most comfy Jordan brand i have ever tried on..is the recent Reveal lifestyle shoe. Its awesomenss.

TTs Although it does depend on how you wear your shoes. I notice a ton of people like to wear their shoes a bit "loose" and double up on socks. And people wonder why they crease the heck out of their shoes...

What makes them fake? Someone else said they were legit...

Also, I have a pair of the Jordan 9 cdps and the box is slightly bigger, but the could have had different size boxes for each pack.
