I’m with you 100%. But for this trailer specifically, I loved the tone they set and felt that bit at the end undercut what it was going for. It was barely even a joke. I felt the same way with the Awkwafina bit at the end of the ShangChi trailer. Regardless, I’m def more hyped for it than I...
It really does look great. Some of those sweeping shots are stunning. Cinematography is on point. I don’t remember the last MCU film that looked this visually impressive. Part of me wishes they go completely bonkers from a storytelling perspective but since this is a huge blockbuster, they’ll...
My dad binged through all seasons and suddenly is following F1 like a superfan now
This is a man who primarily followed boxing, baseball, and basketball his whole life and now is all over the racing circuit because of that docuseries. Never would have thought tbh
Absolutely love that corny-*** show “Titans”! Glad it’s back even though they dropped the ball on the Deathstroke conclusion. And was that Donna Troy? Glad she’s back since they killed her off unceremoniously via electric tower.
Marvel could announce Michael Bay would be helming “Secret Invasion” and we’d still go crazy
Which makes me think of showrunners or directors that Marvel would probably never hire. Zack Snyder, the Game of Thrones guys, Rian Johnson, am I missing anybody?
GOTG is my favourite MCU movie and it works precisely because we’re given just enough backstory and info on these misfits without bogging down the overall plot of Ronan acquiring the stone. Their chemistry and interactions is what makes their movies pop.
And it’s a shame because I think...
Y’all forgetting that when they reach Fast and Furious 12, they’ll bring her back from the dead.
And if that doesn’t work out, she also has a potential singing career ahead of her (see: her completely appropriate and not tone-deaf at all cover of “Imagine”)
Alright so Andy Serkis confirmed Venom takes place in his own universe apparently , so no MCU or Webb verse ties...yet
“The Venom story is his own world. There are nods and little moments [like the shot of the newspaper the Daily Bugle], of course, but on the whole he's unaware. They are...
I wasn’t that blown away by how Carnage looks in the trailer. What made him distinct in the comics was that shade of red and his slimmer, almost elongated build that mimicked his host. In the movie, he just looks like a red Venom...
Tom Hardy is still amazing though. His facial expressions alone.
No shade at all but I wonder if there are any channels that carry any of the DCEU movies. When I used to live in the US, I remember them showing Dark Knight a lot. I jus can’t imagine flipping channels and having to rewatch BvS, Suicide Squad, or WW84.
