I just installed Windows 7 and I'm looking for a lil help/insight from my NT fam on this OS. It seems to be better than Vista in a multitude of ways(considering initial usage). How many of yall are using it and what add-ons, tips, etc do you have?

So pretty much I was in an accident on my birthday. I wasn't even out of the house for 5 mins when I was rearended (pause) WHILE WAITING AT A STOP SIGN. Iended up hitting the car that was in front of me and I sustained pretty much the only damage in the accident. So I go to various body shops...
