Am I the only one super disappointed in the current shapes they are using for the 5s? Tongue is too big/thick, toebox is too square. I feel like 2007 was the last time the shape was good.

Does anyone know how to fix the black suede bleeding into the inside of the shoe on a pair of OG 13 HGG?

They will def need to be reglued, the glue is already dust, air bag will also need to be replaced. Best to use something like Eva foam. I’m actually regluing my pair of 2001 Bred 11s tomorrow as they completely separated. 11s are prob the easiest Jordan to restore.

Has anyone done a sole swap on the Air Jordan 5 99/00 with the current retro releases? Are the soles the same size? Do they fit well?

Need some assistance please, my pair of XIX SE have this tab that seems to be broken on the sides, but it’s not falling off. (yet) I’ve searched online and found that it’s a known problem due to age. Any way to glue this so it doesn’t come off? A little bit of barge cement? Thank you.

Anybody have any idea if the plastic on a pair of AJ18 from 2003 can be conditioned to keep soft and not crack,? I feel like this is going to crack like my 17s did. Or are OG 18s just collectors items in 2025?

JB was at its peak when the Jumpman was all over, Nike Air hasn't been around since 2001, and came back recently with the 88's, and during that time JB has it's highest growth. Shoes were still selling out in the mid 2000's with the Jumpman, I remember you couldn't get a pair without camping...

The mass release of retros and 100+ colorways has made the Air Jordan loose its appeal imo.

I think the 2003 retros were pretty decent.

What does that mean for the box? Because based pictures, its using the generic JB box. Wouldn't they want to use a special box? Or even the OG box?

I don't get why these aren't getting the OG box treatment.
