You're absolutely correct on the things you pointed out. I'm not defending ETH at all.
In a perfect world he leaves as well as the players I mentioned. But if he leaves and they stay....it'll be more of the same next year. Fighting for 5th or 6th place and some cups.
I don't know if ETH is the "right" guy, but him leaving before the likes of Rashford, Shaw, Slabhead, AWB, McTominay, Lindelof, Eriksen, etc is WILD!
Many of these players have been around for far too long, doing far too little, getting far too much praise for the bare minimum. I've been on the...
I appreciate your insight. It's always cool hearing other people's experiences getting fit. Right now I'm at 220lb with high protein diet because I weight train 4 days a week, and run 2 times a week. To help with my caloric deficit I've started walking 2 miles at work, so I'll see how much...
Yea. I do cardio a few times a week. I've been here before and I know that I'll have to restrict my caloric intake a bit further. But as I've gotten older I'm just unwilling to do it....for now.
My weight loss has plateaued. I know what I have to do to continue to lose weight, but I don't want to do it...SMH
At this point in my life, I just don't want to eat less
The Shambles Derby delivered!
I hate what Manchester United choose to be. A -1 goal differential in April talking about the “process” is nasty work.
Spending 60M on Mount when he was going to be a free agent the following summer, only for him to miss the entire season is so United. SMH They run recruitment like a trust fund baby.
I do a full body workout (3) times a week with (2) days of low impact cardio and (1) day of HIIT w/abs.
One full-body day I do barbells, the other is dumbells/calisthenics and the last is machines/cable.
I've been thinking about switching back to Upper, Lower, Cardio, Upper, Lower Cardio to...
