I thought they switched over from PAT to UPC in 06? 2006 being the transition year. Tags that year had PAT and at times no PAT and just numbers. (Reference: JStar25)

I agree with AirThompson. 180 is a guaranteed sell. Any higher than that then you may have to sit on it for a while.
