I too, am choked there has been NOTHING about 98s releasing this year. The market is saturated with junk colourways of the 97s and they keep releasing more.

I did. They gave me something that was obviously wrong. I told them they were wrong and then they said they had no idea.

I am going to bump this thread to see if there is any way to make progress on this request.

Those are Air Max Plus 2s.

Dunks, 97's, Uptempo 96's ... pumping out tons of colours. The market is saturated. There is no way people are buying this many 97s and Uptempo 96s. Not even a sneak peek of a 98 for later this year yet.

So many awful colours constantly being thrown at us with the AM97s. We need more of these.

@ 1:41 you can clearly see the air unit found in the old Uptempo shoes. The heel air unit in the 19's seems to be an upgraded version but largely the same shape and principle.

The underside view of these shows what it looks like. It appears just to be an updated version of the air unit that's in heel of many of the Uptempo shoes. A 'U' shaped air chamber with a smaller 'U' shaped line of foam separating an oval air unit in the middle.

When do those black ones with the white air bag release? Are those just the triple blacks? Anyone have a release date on the Persians?

Did you ever find out? I had these when I was a kid and would love to know the name as well!

The regular Air Max Plus do. The inside of the shoe still does seem to have what is the Pebax hemispheres.

The heels are 100% bricks. These AMP 3s do not have tuned air in the heel. They are not the Pebax hemispheres. It's just the normal foam pillars like any other Air Max sole. And, the air bag has an extra set of vertical cylinders than the OG bag which has to affect cushioning negatively. There...

I am surprised no one has commented that the AM+3, and likely the 2's as well, DO NOT have tuned air in the heel air unit. They do not have the linked Pebax hemispheres. It's just foam. Also, different from the OG unit are the 4 cylindrical pillars. The OGs only had two. These new air units are...

I ordered the black ones and another pair on the 19th. Neither have shipped. Info for both orders say ready to ship. Getting frustrated as I just had the US side cancel an order on me for something else and have had to be refunded.
