Depends on the shoes and pants. I tend to not wear them with the tongue like this, it was to show off the whole shoe.

THIS. I kept my whole "USA" inspired shoe the same material ("suede") and I love the way it turned out despite the material not being up to par with what you are all use to. 

^^^I'm a sucker for that gum sole too! Definitely helps the other colors pop more.

I ordered my "USA" on 5/19 and I received them yesterday on 06/09. Not too bad of a turnaround! 

It's the suede, the whole upper is suede except for the mesh toe.

I just ran a check on ebay and it still looks like people are wanting $225 to $250 for a pair. There doesn't appear to be a lot of size 11s though. 

Agreed, the blue swoosh gives it that additional pop.

I feel like it depends on how you like the fit to be. My foot is wide so when I get TTS they are a little snug, however, I like to rock them with the lacing loose so its not too bad. The material of the AM1 you get will probably be a factor too since some materials don't "give/stretch" as much...

^^^^ I agree. Color blocking on 2 looks much better, the hits of white make the red/blue pop more and the lines are more distinguished.

I placed the order this past Sunday, the 18th, and it gave me an estimated delivery of June 19th. I guess that's not too bad. I haven't done and ID in a long time, and this is my first Air Max 1 ID, so I'm already anxious for it to get here.

Put a little spin on the "USA" everyone seems to enjoy. Did the tongue in a Navy suede too, made the laces pop more. Whole shoe is basically all suede, can't wait till it gets here to see what it looks like!
