I agree with @TIMMYBRIXXX.  The shoes are not legitimate.  The patent leather cuts of the shoes are too high and the 23s on the backs of the shoes are stretched.

A clear give away was the box lettering. It's WAY off. Cuts and logos are off too so I agree with @TIMMYBRIXXX as well. Fake.
