I’m pretty sure they initially released as women’s then men’s. It was weird though cuz it was just a few months later if I’m not mistaken. They’re very light and feminine in the vibe imo so perhaps I’m creating this memory? Perfect girl shoe.

I know these are true to Melo’s PE, but I WISH these…even back in ‘04 had a Carolina Blue Mudguard. Face it, these doubled as Carolina Colors. I would have been all in WAY back the with those. I remember passing on these back in 2004. I don’t like that white on white there. I think a big distinctive trait on the 12 is that big strip of a mudguard contrasting the base color of the rest of the upper, and it makes it identifiable and recognizable from far away.

Used EA at FNL yesterday. Got a W at Hibbetts but I’m going to let that one go. Going to check them out in hand and if I’m not feeling them I’ll send them back.
