So BVB actually put out a statement today confirming that Hummels wants out and wants to join Bayern...I'll never understand how they'll sell their best to their biggest rivals without putting much of a fight if any.

Selling to Bayern should only be a last resort.

Go figure that his last match as BVB captain will be the league cup final. ..against Bayern :rollin :x

This is why the Bundesliga sucks IMO. There's no real competition, Bayern has a monopoly over German football. Every elite German talent either went through their youth system at one point or dreams of playing there one day. The rest of the league settles for the scraps.

maybe they know Hummels is past his prime, letting Gotze go to BM was good move for BVB

Still can't get over that beauty of a run and goal from Saul,that would be the top highlight everywhere and it'd be remembered forever if it was Messi.

Also can't get over Muller only coming on for the final 20 minutes...on the road needing an important away goal

This was pretty cool also

The old guard vs the next generation for Les Bleus

Bruh I randomly caught the Sportscenter Top 10 this morning.

The goal was number 5. FIVE!

I'm surprised that SC even showed Saul any love at all :lol,they're almost allergic to footy

@PRIME

Still,dude has established himself as their leader and captain :lol. His case is a little more understandable, I'll admit given his Bayern ties but in the context of having lost their big stars like Gotze and Lewa to Bayern recently,I'd force Hummels out on a free before willfully selling him to Bayern tbh *shrugs* :lol. Imo,they'll have the best backline in the BDL in years

It's gotta be frustrating to no end being a BVB fan :{

BVB only have themselves to blame. Didn't the refuse to give Lewa a increased contract because they refused to have a Polish as the top earner.

So just to clarify if Leicester win this week they clinch no matter what result Spurs get right?

Edit: never mind I just did the math again they would clinch it

That's what Lewa said after the fact but I don't know,could've been to soften the blow for fans :lol. Sounds like a pretty dumb reason to lose by far your best player to your blood rival tbh...

Correct. They could also clinch with a draw if Spurs tie or lose against Chelskie if I'm not mistaken

They're going to be a brick wall after signing him

Dortmund might as well just sign over Reus too.

Ozil already came out and said he wants to go back to Germany.

Might as well just go after everyone. These guys all want to build up the best team in the country. Reus the only one not down with the program

Dortmund might be the best feeder club in the world

Porto and Benfica are by far the greatest feeder clubs in history. Schalke also produced a large number of the German star. Reading up on the Lewandoski move to Bayern, it is probably the second most dumbest sport move behind ManUre allowing Pogba to walk for free. Like he said he wouldn't sign a new contract, Your biggest rival was after him, he liked them also, so why let him walk for free???? its not like your a rich club and can afford to lose players like that for nothing. Like he and the agent told the club well in advance they weren't going to resign, they could've sold him to Bayern, Juve or Man U but they thought him going for free would be better????

I can't fam, I got to watch Baba Rahman and Azpilicueta (who I like) week after week. Every time i see them I can't help but think about Luis. It's like I got a man crush on him bro
I get you angry at having Baba but you have to remember Luis asked to leave. Prior to this season, Azpilicueta was the best LB in the league. Even when Luis did play, he didn't look as good as Azp. Sucks that he wasn't strong enough to fight for the position

You're right man, although if I was Luis I would have asked to leave as well. Hopefully Baba matures into a young monster, Cheslea's last Ghana international is one of my favorite all time players

Still tho, Bundesliga arguably create and have the most talent from top to bottom along with La Liga - But Yea, it sucks in terms of parity and fairness... :lol

But I wish BVB or some other German club would stop Bayern from poaching their players, or at least be consistently competitive to Bayern. Come on Oil-Princes, buy a German team!

Villareal :eek

What a heartbreaker in injury time for Klopp

Still not a bad result for Liverpool really I expect them to get enough goals to advance in the next match

Not happy about that goal in injury time, but there's still 90 more minutes to be played.

That mid to high key moment where you notice every Spanish team went away with a good result
