The other dude is the one who took this unfinished song and leaked it if I'm not mistaken. But he was smart enough to put himself on it so that he gets some attention from it as well.

I did a little looking into this E Batt guy. Found his twitter here: https://twitter.com/ERIKBATTLE Seems like a very, very unknown artist and not one even Drake would mess around with especially for a song that is going to be the cover for his new album. So upon more digging I found this guy tweeting at him all pissy and ****. https://twitter.com/FerrariSkiez Seems like he is at least friendly with members of Drake's group of friends. If you look at his time you'll see retweets and replies from other people who also seem to have inside information on Drake's recordings that are just as mad as this Ferrari Skiez guy. So at the end of all this I'm concluding that this guy somehow got into Drake's inner circle and not only heard, but acquired the verse/sample and added his own verse to it and leaked this new version himself. So I'd expect this to be an incomplete version w/o this E Batt guy on it when it finally does drop.
