07' Metallic 5s legit check

I got these 07 metallics off this guy and when I got em the first thing I noticed was the tongue on one shoe was not as prominent as it should be. So I checked out the other shoe and it was as it should be, nice and bold with the bumps. Anyways help is greatly appreciated. Also I have a pic of the production date so anyone with a for sure legit pair show the production date
