The first pair looks legit. It would help if the pic of the carbon fiber on the bottom had a clearer pic. As for the second pair, i notice that you can see the black patten leather through the toe and you shouldnt be able to see any black through it. It should be a milky white color. Once again an up close clear pic of the carbon fiber would help.

second pairs definitely early release pairs you can see the clear toe cap on the photo, i don't know about the first one i can't see clearly photo too small

I agree with winzz. And from what i can see in the pics the first pair looks good. Nxt time try to post pics of all sides of shoes and make sure they are clear.

That clear toe cap on the used pair is a dead giveaway of an early release pair.  Also, you can check the number of carbon fiber boxes between the ball in the Jumpman's hand and the largest circle on the front bottom of the sole.  Early release pairs generally have the ball placed about 3/4-1 square away.
