YAZOO CITY, Miss. -- A female Yazoo County High School student pulled a gun on a school bus Tuesday morning, school officials said. http://www.wapt.com/news/20668814/detail.html# This gun was taken from a student on a Yazoo County school bus. The 14-year-old student threatened students on the school bus with the gun, school officials said.Yazoo County High School football player Kaleb Eulls was able to wrestle the gun away from the girl, school officials said. No one was injured."We are thankful that this incident was handled by the driver and the student in such a calm and efficient manner," school officials said in a statement.The girl was upset because someone had been picking on her, Sheriff Thomas Vaughan said. Eulls acted as a hero, Vaughan said."He gave no regard for his own safety," Vaughan said. "He approached her about the gun -- and I do not know what measure he used -- but he did subdue her and take the gun away from her."Vaughan said the girl got the gun from home and it was loaded.The 14-year-old is charged with 22 counts of attempted aggravated assault, 22 counts of kidnapping and one count of felony possession of a firearm on a school bus, Vaughan said. She was being held at the Yazoo County Youth Detention Center on Wednesday. It has not yet been determined whether the girl will be tried as an adult, officials said.

at that girl. There were freaking children on the bus too. Not sure about trying her as an adult though. If she had fired the gun then I'd thinkso, but since the kid wrestled the gun away I think he might have saved her from being tried as an adult.
