16.5 release date?

Does anyone know when these White/Blk/Varsity Royal 16.5s drop officially? Any help would be appreciated. Also, are these a finishline exclusive?

Im not sure of the offical release date but I bought 3 colors(blk/red,wht/blk/red,wht/university blue) from DTLR last week. Im not sure if there is an officialrelease because I was told when I bought them that they could start selling them once they received them. It is a good ballin shoe.

The white/black/ royal just showed up at my local footlocker. Tried them on today, I really like them but goign to roll the dice and wait for a friends andfamily. Nice looking shoe and seem like they will perform well on the court
