IMO you are getting what you wanted so why it should matter what she chooses to do in her affairs in the future?
It seems like she has plenty of idle time too, hence the stupid chatter and questions after doing the deed---and she has nothing else to do but to screw aroundw/ other dudes .

I guess my whole big gripe with the situation is that I'm now reduced to an option instead of the main event. The ego man....its a funny thing.

I wouldn't be mad so much at the fact at what she said, but the malicious intent behind what she said is the red flag IMO. You kept it real, she on theother hand, probably isn't even tryin to get it from someone else, but rather wanted to see your reaction when such a statement was made. That alone wouldget a cut-off from me, at the very least a check.
