The paint job done by the previous owner is very bad and sloppy, he also painted over the flight tag on the tongue. Aside from the discoloration of the heeltabs and wings, I think these may be legit? I don't know, tell me what y'all think.

I would say fakes.

The wings and the midsole are different shades of grey. Should be same shade.

The waffles are wrong shade, should be more black.
