Was told these were possibly fake, I can't tell myself, maybe you guys can help me out?

The paint job done by the previous owner is very bad and sloppy, he also painted over the flight tag on the tongue. Aside from the discoloration of the heeltabs and wings, I think these may be legit? I don't know, tell me what y'all think.
