Game 4 against Indy, game 6 against Boston, game against the Pistons. All better than any individual playoff game Kobe ever had in his career. Yet Lebron doesnt have it like Kobe

So 48 and 16 rebounds isn't great against the kings?

42 against the Spurs down 2-1 eventually winning the series isn't great?

27 and 9 assist against the Spurs down 20 and hitting the game winning basket isn't great?

The game against the Blazers where he put the team on his back leading them in rebounding, assist, steals and blocks in game 7 isn't great?

I'm going to  stop listing games now because there are more

So it's Kobe's fault shaq helped him but it's not brons fault that wade and bosh helped him? What are y'all even arguing about at this point? :smh:

When's the game start?

No, it's not his fault. Shaq 3 fmvp, Lebron 2 fmvp, Kobe 2 fmvp. Don't know why it's so hard for people to understand that winning a ring as the leader and best player of your team is not the same as winning the ring as Robin.

Edit: actually, never mind. Only Kobe Stans can't understand this.

He wasn't saying that Kobe didn't have "it." He was saying that people say Lebron doesn't have "it" like Kobe when he's proven on a plethora of occasions that he does indeed have "it"...whatever "it" is.

Id like Bron to prove everybody wrong he knows the Haters are lurking waiting for that final buzzer after tonight Twitter, IG, FB you name it they thumbs waiting to bring that fire. All i know is i want to see this KILLER INSTINCT like no ***** given! like that Boston game he went off in the Garden with that death stare.

Didnt he say he doesn't care what anyone has to say? Im hoping for a "back to your problems" speech

And this whole "having IT" discussion is complete stupid. The hell is "IT"? Like I said before, everyone wants to win. Problem is not everyone has the means to do so. The "IT" thing is espn brainwashing

No dude clearly stated LeBron's performances were better than Kobes. That's what dude legit said. I comprehend pretty well unlike some. LeBron is great anybody saying other wise should be ignored. He has had some great games but Kobe has had better dude doesn't know what he's talking about.

If LeBron had Kobe's heart/ego there wouldn't be any questions about his legacy. His drive, his mental makeup is what holds him back.

2004 NBA Finals
2011 2nd round
2nd half of game 7 in 2006

That's just off the top of my head.

Til this day I've never seen a fold job by a superstar in his prime in the Finals like Kobe in 2004

Legit didn't think there were people who still thought Kobe was better than Lebron

Damn that's wild.

Really hoping Miami pulls this out. Keeps basketball on TV, and keeps the hopes of a dynasty alive. Dynasties and legacies are good for basketball.
The Spurs are dynasty though, and winning in a dominating fashion would also help basketball.

GO SPURS GO

48pts 16rebs 3ast >>>>>>> 45pts 15rebs 5ast

Bruh you comparing a game 4 close out sweep game to a game 6 elimination game. No pressure on Kobe, all the pressure in the world on Lebron in that game. Can't just read box scores, also gotta look at circumstances.

When LeBron won his first MVP's Kobe was still the best player in the World and should have won those 2 giving him three in a row.
Lebron being in the Cavs though and taking them to those heights of winning single handedly y making those guys around him much better, he rightfully won the MVPs.
I like Kobes game and style muxh more, but Lebron is a notch above Kobe, in my book

Yeah, no. Lebron's first MVP the cavs won 66 games that year and he was better than Kobe individually. He never should of won the MVP's that nash got either. They were 7th and 8th seeds.

I don't think he was better than Kobe that year as far as being the "best player in the world" But I do think he rightfully deserved the MVP because of what he did with what he had, (I mentioned that in the post).
It's just my opinion Kobe was better then.
If both their careers ended right now though, chips or not Lebron is Superior

Instead of comparing Lebron to Jordan nonstop shouldn't we compare him to someone like Magic or Bird? I'm not a Lebron hater but isn't the Jordan comparison done? He's already lost 2 finals and possibly on his way to losing another and he choked big time in one of those. The reason there are so many Lebron haters is because of the ridiculous Jordan hype around him. Jordan is in a class alone. Lebron should be in the next tier with Jerry West, Kobe, Magic, Bird, Wilt and others.

Btw: Lebron was not no damn household name before he played his first game. Who outside of NBA fans and casual nba fans knew Lebron?
So an 18 year old kid signs a $90million NIKE contract before he finished high school, and no one besides sports fans knew who he was?

If the Spurs win this series shouldn't Duncan be in this conversation as well. He will be 2 and 1 against LeBron in the Finals and will have 5 rings to his 2.

That's the downside w Kobe that ego is too big. There's no shot he doesn't think he could make.

Man LeBron had dudes that never watched ball before watching his hs games. We were all hyped when he came in the league.
