Like that guy said, every year we hear the west id a tossup and then almost every lower seed gets manhandled :lol

I expect the same this year unless there are injuries.

thats the loudest complaint white america has about the NBA since AI came into the L in 96.. they could just be testing them out gauging fan reactions.. you can come up with a million reasons why theyre introducing them.

i personally prefer jerseys because theyre just better than playing in tees.
Attitudes towards tattoos have changed tremendously since '96.  I don't see why they would introduce sleeves just now in 2014 with that in mind.

Like I mentioned the other day, it was a topic of discussion at the headquarters when it was reveiled that they would roll out the semi-sleeved jerseys. Not saying it's the main reason but it's a part of it. You still have older guys who worked for the NBA(corporate) for 25-30 years that still can't get on board with the new era/image of basketball.

Does anyone here consider the Bulls actual contenders? Everyone has them going to the second round as if Washington isn't there first round opponent. Wiz are working on a season sweep of them folks.
its too close to assume they will face washington but the bulls can definitely compete with the teams hovering that spot

I don't think they're actual title contenders, but I think they can beat the Wizards. They have the clear coaching and playoff experience advantage over the Wizards. But at the end of the day, they just don't have enough talent to get by either the Pacers or Heat.

Alot of players have spoken up AGAINST the sleeved jerseys. Its just ESPN shedding the light on it bc Lebron complained about it.

Anyone know of articles that show the stastics of games with sleeves on? I know LeBron doesnt play well in them, but it seems like certain people just carry on like its a regular day(Kevin Love, and the Timberwolves have probably played in sleeves as much as anyone)

:lol I'm just saying

He's far from an idiot

How?

I have my reasons as to why I think he's an idiot...so what are yours as to why he's not?

He was smart enough to go to college and become a NBA superstar, make enough money then to start his own business ventures then become a owner of MLB team

I don't know many self made multi millionaire idiots who can sustain that level of wealth for over 30 years

OKB said earlier today that there are stats showing that teams have shot a higher percentage this season wearing sleeved jerseys. Don't know where he got the info from though.

I saw that, hoping he or someone else comes through with that info.

In a 7 game series, if the Bulls are healthy and can limit those 3-5 min offensive droughts, they can beat Indy.

problem is...they dont really have a closer. team defense is great and all, but you got to put up some points
all their role players have to be lights out offensively if they want to have a chance vs a team like indy. i just dont see that happening because indy defense is on another level

The only three teams I can think of that have sleeves as part of their regular jersey rotation are the clippers, warriors and wolves.

That combined with a small sample size is why the shooting stats are better with sleeves

Is Rose even coming back this year? I don't even care about pride, they should tank. Too bad they won't though

Mini Booz
Looks more like Noah than Boozer tbh

I still expect a Heat Pacers east finals but I could make a case for a punchers chance of Chi/Wash upsetting Mia or Chi/Tor Indy.

I think Wash/Indy and Tor/Mia are horrible match ups and don't see upsets if they played. My Wash/Heat theory could go up in flames tonight though.
