2013 Lighting IV's Confirmed??

I heard that the Lighting IV's are coming out March 2nd a while ago and like many I missed out on the 06 pair. Now I'm hearing that they aren't releasing any more and the supposed release date is nearing with no official photos. Anyone got any release info?
